For health & hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on non-faulty Cannopathy items. If an item is proven faulty, we will replace it.
All other products
Products must be returned within 14 days of date of purchase.
Returned items must be unused/unopened and in the same condition as received and in the original packaging. A receipt or verifiable proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once a return has been received and inspected, we will send an email notifying you that it has been received. The email will also notify of approval or rejection of the refund in line with our return conditions.
If approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable timeframe.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a timely refund, check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. Refunds may take some time to transfer and appear as some processing times vary.

Sale items (if applicable)
We may, from time to time, offer sales and specials. Only regular priced stock may be refunded. Sale items will not be refunded or credited.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange a faulty product, email email@example.com to receive instructions.
Shipping/postage – All products
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive shipping details. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it will be for the product/s less the original shipping service cost.
Depending on location, the time taken for any exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are posting returns you should consider using a trackable shipping method to ensure that we receive the item/s. We are not responsible for missing returns send by general mail.
